The hotel room was big, spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly, but some inconveniences like no study lamp for the desk and difficulty switching on the room light without getting out of bed. I found it cold when waking up, and lacking material about hotel services like restaurant menus. Overall, the staff and hospitality were great.
